We are pleased to announce that works are coming along nicely at Avenue Elmers, Surbiton.
This unique development is currently undergoing structural alterations and adaptions to both buildings (no's 16 & 17 Avenue Elmers). Sub structure brick and block work has recently been completed, while supporting steel work is also now in place on the first floor levels. The next phase of works will involve the installation of acoustic flooring.Valued in lieu of £3m, this comprehensive project that will deliver 18 luxury apartments, is one of five major residential projects currently ongoing throughout the country.
