We are delighted to announce that 6 out of 10 properties are well under construction at our Codsall Wood residential project.As you can see from these site photos, works are progressing very nicely indeed. Its looking so good in fact, that our client has already reported reservations for a number properties at this development, as well as a large interest in all remaining plots.
At present, the first 3 plots are nearing first floor and roof levels respectively, while foundation works to the remaining 4 plots are due to commence later this week.
Works have now been agreed with Staffordshire County Council to alter the existing line of main Codsall road, forming new estate entrances and public footpaths. This extensive £1m contract will see us complete 10 new luxury residential dwellings on 10,000 sq ft of land previously occupied by the recently demolished, Cross Guns pub. Alongside this exciting new venture, the next 18 months will see Bespoke take on a variety of high profile construction projects in both the Midlands and London.
