Screeding works have recently concluded which has allowed partitioning works to commence. Once partitioning is complete in all 3 existing buildings, the next of phase of works involving carpentry, joinery and kitchen installation will begin.
This substantial project will see us transform this former office accommodation in to 24 apartments. The conversion of these private dwellings will be accompanied by the construction and development of 4 new build contemporary houses.We currently have five major residential contracts in the works.
