Project Completion - Plane Sailing in Nottingham

Bespoke Construction is pleased to reveal completion details from their interior fit-out project for end-user, Aero Fabrications.

The company, who specialize in making plane parts, have opened this new property in Nottingham to help support their rapid growth.

Working alongside main contractor, Winvic Construction, our works package involved the fit-out of office accommodation within a 71,000 sq ft warehouse. Our scope of works involved the installation of partitions, joinery, drylining, as well as both kitchen facilities and Armstrong suspended ceilings. The end result; modern, contemporary office space as displayed in these completion photos.

Project Completion - Friarworks in Coventry

Bespoke Construction are delighted to announce the completion of works at Greyfriars House.

Located in the heart of Coventry, this project involved the conversion and extension of a previously dilapidated, unoccupied building. The transformation of both the exterior and interior has truly revitalized this property, which will now be used as accommodation for students of Coventry University.

Blue Bear Management, our client, have now taken possession of this 80-bed student accommodation project. The conversion involved a 2 storey SIPs panel extension to form the 3rd & 4th floors, as well as window replacement and re-cladding of the existing building to give the exterior a much needed lift. Internally, the building has been fully fitted out, forming a mixture of single studios, twodios and threedios, gym, cinema, communal study area and storage facilities.

It has been a pleasure working alongside Blue Bear Management and TCC as the Employers Agent. We look forward to working with both again in the future!

Project Completion - Flying High At East Midlands Airport

Bespoke Construction Services is proud to announce the completion of Project Mitchell, another successful Fit-Out job.

During this 16 week project, Bespoke worked alongside main contractor, Winvic Construction, to deliver a works package comprising the installation of suspended ceilings, partitioning, wall cladding, ironmongery and kitchen facilities in order to create a number of luxury offices and training rooms sitting alongside two new aircraft hangars, linked to the main runway at East Midlands Airport.

The project has been widely recognised due to the fact that one of the hangars is going to be the new home of a renovated 1944 Spitfire plane, originally used in the Second World War. The offices will provide admin and meeting spaces, as well as a new STEM training facility where students will get hands-on experience in learning Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths.

With the client being Rolls Royce, Bespoke are proud to be a key part of such an exciting fit-out job, helping to create a new building where modern technology can be studied alongside a prime example of the history and heritage of the British aerospace industry.

Archer House Completion - A Student's Life For Me

Bespoke Construction Services Ltd is thrilled to announce that their student accommodation project in Nottingham is now complete.

Works at this exclusive development has seen us transform this former office block into 177 student accommodation units. Accompanied by a single storey extension to the property, the conversion of these dwellings involved the removal of the current roof and formation of a new sixth floor. The building has been subject to a full refurbishment and fit-out, including the removal and replacement of all existing curtain walling and external cladding. Situated in the heart of Nottingham's buzzing city centre, our fit-out of the property also involved the installation of new internal partitions, forming student units that are complete with bathroom and kitchen fixtures.

With works now fully complete and the project handed over to end-client, Dunbar Leisure, this new development now houses students of both Nottingham Trent University and the University of Nottingham while they prepare for their forthcoming academic journey.

Project Completion – On Cloud Nine at Maylands Gateway

Bespoke Construction is happy to announce the completion of works in Hemel Hempstead.

Working alongside Main Contractor, Winvic Construction, we have completed the internal fit-out of office areas within nine newly constructed distribution centres. Situated on Prologis Park, our works package at all nine hubs included drylining, joinery, and the installation of kitchen facilities and Armstrong suspended ceilings. 

Located just off the M1 motorway, this advantageous location is the perfect position for businesses. Being placed in an already busy area with easy access to one of  the UK's major motorways, these units are in close proximity to other businesses and many local conveniences, such as petrol stations, shops, gyms and hotels.

Several of the units are already occupied, with the likes of Hermes already taking hold of one of the 80,000 sq ft depots. 

Project Completion - Lidl Things Make a Big Difference

Bespoke is delighted to announce that works are now fully complete at Lidl's new distribution hub in Doncaster,


Working alongside Main Contractor, Winvic Construction, Bespoke's sizable fit-out programme at this gigantic hub involved the full internal fit-out to office and hub office areas. This included partitions, drylining, joinery, screeding and the installation of suspended ceilings and kitchen facilities.

The completion of this new warehouse and distribution centre is great news for the local community! 500 new jobs are set to be made available, giving a welcome jobs boost to Doncaster and surrounding areas.

This huge £70 million distribution centre covers an impressive 628,000 sq ft on the popular, iPort Logistics Park. This is yet another sign of growth for the German supermarket chain, who continue to grow in popularity in the UK.

This is now our second completed project for Lidl, following completion at Lidl Exeter last year. Stay tuned for progress updates from our ongoing third Lidl project in Motherwell, Scotland!

Project Completion - Triple Header at Grand Union Uxbridge

Bespoke is delighted to announce completion details from Grand Union Uxbridge.

Located in the West London town of Uxbridge, this project involved the full internal fit-out of office accommodation within three individual distribution centre's.

Working alongside Main Contractor, Winvic Construction, our works package included partitions, joinery, screeding and the installation of kitchen facilities and Armstrong suspended ceilings.

Project Completion - Chemical Romance at Nickel 28

We are pleased to reveal details of our recently completed project in South Normanton, Derbyshire.

Entitled 'Nickel 28', this sizable project involved the fit-out of office accommodation within a newly created 261,000 sq ft warehouse & distribution centre. Conveniently situated just off the M1 motorway, this state of the art facility is ideally located to transport goods across the country.

Working under Main Contractor, Winvic Construction, Bespoke have completed fit-out works to 2 storeys of office space. Our works package included partitions, joinery, screeding and the installation of Armstrong suspended ceilings.

Project Completion - A Job Motherwell Done

Bespoke is pleased to announce completion of works in Motherwell.

Situated on the giant 650 acre industrial park, Eurocentral, this project has been completed for end-user & parcel delivery giant, DPD. This exciting project involved the full internal fit-out of office accommodation within a built-to-suit warehouse and distribution centre.

Working alongside Main Contractor, Winvic Construction, our scope of works at this sizable hub included partitions, drylining, joinery and the installation of suspended ceilings and kitchen facilities.

The location of Eurocentral is key to DPD's lofty ambitions. 30 minutes from Glasgow & Edinburgh airports, located on the M8 corrider and with it own freight terminal, this park is the perfect base to transport and distribute goods. And it won't be long until we return here! Works at a gigantic up and coming Lidl warehouse and distribution centre are set to commence in October so keep your eyes peeled!

Project Completion - On The Campbell Road Again

Bespoke is thrilled to announce that works are now fully complete in Stoke-On-Trent.

Working in conjunction with Main Contractor, Winvic Construction, this project involved the fit-out of modern, high quality office accommodation within a newly completed warehouse and distribution centre. Located on Campbell Road within Stoke's Sideway Industrial Park, our works package involved partitions, joinery, carpentry and the installation of kitchen facilities and Armstrong suspended ceilings.

This is now our fourth completed project on this booming industrial estate. Earlier this year, we wrapped works at a neighbouring warehouse and offices. With other previous contracts completed for tyre manufacturer, Michelin and popular homeware firm, Dunelm.

Project Completion - Hatfield Trip

Bespoke is delighted to announce completion details from Hatfield Business Park.

This project involved the full internal fit-out of office accommodation within a newly developed 69,199 sq ft warehouse and distribution centre. Working alongside Main Contractor, Winvic Construction, our scope of works included the fit-out of three floors of office space. Our works package included partitions, joinery, screeding and the installation of kitchen facilities and Armstrong suspended ceilings.

Situated on Hatfield Business Park, this project has been completed for end-user, Arlington Properties. The advantageous location of this thriving 3.5 million sq ft mixed-use park has led to a huge influx of exciting developments across this 400 acre site, including over 2000 homes, 18 retail units and a University campus.
