We are delighted to announce that works are progressing well at Avenue Elmers, Surbiton. Since works began in March, this comprehensive project has really started to take shape. The extensive 48 week contract will see us transform two existing buildings of townscape merit, converting them from dilapidated bed-sits in to 18 luxury private apartments. This will also include the construction of a new extension to both properties, significantly increasing the footprint.
A full site set up has already taken place, including full hoarding to the front elevation as well as the formation of new doorways and openings. Within the next few weeks, the next phase of works will commence at this prestigious project. This will include structural alterations, new steel and lintel installations and the excavation of both properties allowing further foundation works to begin, as well as drainage for the extension.
