Recruitment News - Kevin Keane To Get Going

We'd like to welcome our new Business Development Manager, Kevin Keane.

With extensive experience within the construction industry in both product and service, Kevin is another welcome addition to our growing team. 

His role with us will include managing various aspects within our business. This will include sales and marketing, building up strategies, bid management and social media content; all of which are designed to take our company forward. With previous employment at companies such as Kingspan, we're confident that Kevin's experience and know-how will help take Bespoke to the next level!

His arrival also signals a significant moment in our history...he is Bespoke's first ever Business Development Manager; a sign of our continued growth over the past 24 months.

Bespoke is delighted to announce the arrival of their new Project Manager, Sam Currie.

Hailing from Nuneaton, Sam has previously worked on a variety of new Build & Interior projects as both Principal and Sub-contractor. Having been involved in the wonderful world of construction since the tender young age of 16, he has gained a huge amount of experience and know-how that we're certain will stand him in good stead here at Bespoke.

He is another welcome addition to our Construction Division and will be sinking his teeth into our upcoming residential development in Telford.

Hailing from Birmingham, Anthony joins our Commercial team. Working under Commercial Manager & Bespoke Stalwart, Gary Kendrick, he'll be sinking his teeth into the huge array of interior projects we have lined up for this year and beyond. Having worked primarily in interiors throughout his career in the industry, Anthony brings a wealth of knowledge and know-how to the team.

He joins the team in the wake of what is set to be Bespoke's biggest ever year, so he'll have plenty of work to keep him occupied!

Recruitment News - Neil Of Fortune

Bespoke would like to give a big welcome to their new Project Manager, Neil Johnson.

Putting his years of experience to good use, Neil will be joining our growing Interiors Division where he'll be managing multiple fit-out contracts around the country. He joins us from local Interior and Partition specialist, ISEC. His former role as Site Manager at ISEC saw him successfully deliver fit-out projects up to £3m in value. This experience and know-how will stand him in good stead for the vast amount of upcoming projects we have in the pipeline for the next two years, which includes further expansion plans into new fields of Interior projects...

We wish Neil every success in his new role and look forward to him becoming another invaluable member of the Bespoke team.

Josh has spent the last five years working as a principal contractor, carrying out various high quality Fit Outs across the country, all for household names. With a host of new projects kicking off in the new year, he'll certainly be kept busy!

Recruitment News - New Kids On The Block

Bespoke is delighted to welcome new apprentices, Jessica Jones and Chantelle Thomas.

Both Jessica and Chantelle will be working alongside our experienced Administration team in the Bespoke 'Hub'. As well as gaining invaluable work experience, they will be completing a 12 month NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration, delivered by Shropshire County Training.

Bespoke have a history of turning apprentices into battle hardened and valuable full-time members of staff, with three former apprentices, Jon, Hayley and Shannon now occupying permanent positions.

Amy is a welcomed addition to our dynamic administration and accounts team, lovingly known internally as "The Hub".

Amy is a Management Accountant who has achieved MAAT status and completed CIMA. She has a wealth of experience gained within a variety of sectors including Construction, Automotive and Logistics. We look forward to Amy bringing her positive approach and progressive ideas to the accounts function.

Bespoke On The Lookout For New Apprentices

After our business recently turned 18 years old, we are on the lookout for two apprentices to join the buzzing world of Bespoke Construction.

Bespoke have been big advocates of the National Apprentice Service and have awarded 100% of our apprentice uptake permanent positions upon completion of their qualification. Two success stories come in the form of Hayley Foster and Shannon Atkinson, who completed their apprenticeship alongside an NVQ in Business Administration back in 2013 and 2016, respectively. Both continue to develop their skills and knowledge in the Construction industry and here's what they had to say : Shannon explained "We've learnt so much from our Apprenticeships and I was so happy to be offered a permanent position", Hayley added "It's great to be part of a team that helps you to achieve your full potential".

Recruitment News - Bespoke Welcomes New Site Manager

Bespoke is delighted to welcome another valuable member to its build team, Craig Blackhurst.

In the wake of what is set to be Bespoke's record breaking turnover year, Craig joins the team in the capacity of Site Manager. Hailing from Telford, he began his journey in the construction industry as an engineer but soon progressed into site management. With over 10 years experience in this challenging role, he has overseen the successful completion of a host of new-build and residential schemes.

Craig will be putting his proven skills to good use over the coming months when he takes charge of our soon-to-be-announced Shropshire based project for the NHS Trust (stay tuned for details on that one!).

Bespoke Construction Services would like to welcome their new M&E Manager, Tommy Dunne.

Tommy will be working within both of our divisions, assisting with the design, management and procurement of M&E on all live and tender projects. We hope that his arrival and influence will help benefit the successful delivery of our sites.

Over the years, he has accrued a wealth of experience in the industry - experience that we are keen to utilise. His previous roles include main contractor co-ordination, as well as overseeing direct delivery of a variety of projects via specialist sub contractors.
