Project Completion - Friarworks in Coventry

Bespoke Construction are delighted to announce the completion of works at Greyfriars House.

Located in the heart of Coventry, this project involved the conversion and extension of a previously dilapidated, unoccupied building. The transformation of both the exterior and interior has truly revitalized this property, which will now be used as accommodation for students of Coventry University.

Blue Bear Management, our client, have now taken possession of this 80-bed student accommodation project. The conversion involved a 2 storey SIPs panel extension to form the 3rd & 4th floors, as well as window replacement and re-cladding of the existing building to give the exterior a much needed lift. Internally, the building has been fully fitted out, forming a mixture of single studios, twodios and threedios, gym, cinema, communal study area and storage facilities.

It has been a pleasure working alongside Blue Bear Management and TCC as the Employers Agent. We look forward to working with both again in the future!

New Contract Award - Kings Of The Castle!


Bespoke Construction are very pleased to announce a fifth project secured from our long-standing client Winvic Construction’s Multi Room team.

The project is for high-end student accommodation provider Student Castle Ltd to deliver 515 bedrooms in Oxford’s city centre.

Our works include external SFS, Interior partitions and finishes; Joinery and door sets.

Project Completion - Flying High At East Midlands Airport


Bespoke Construction Services is proud to announce the completion of Project Mitchell, another successful Fit-Out job.

During this 16 week project, Bespoke worked alongside main contractor, Winvic Construction, to deliver a works package comprising the installation of suspended ceilings, partitioning, wall cladding, ironmongery and kitchen facilities in order to create a number of luxury offices and training rooms sitting alongside two new aircraft hangars, linked to the main runway at East Midlands Airport.

The project has been widely recognised due to the fact that one of the hangars is going to be the new home of a renovated 1944 Spitfire plane, originally used in the Second World War. The offices will provide admin and meeting spaces, as well as a new STEM training facility where students will get hands-on experience in learning Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths.

With the client being Rolls Royce, Bespoke are proud to be a key part of such an exciting fit-out job, helping to create a new building where modern technology can be studied alongside a prime example of the history and heritage of the British aerospace industry.

New Contract Award - All Friared Up...


Bespoke Construction are very pleased to announce they have secured the circa £4m main contract to convert Greyfriars House in Coventry city centre into an 80-bed student accommodation building for our client, Blue Bear Management.

The project will include a 2 storey SIPs panel extension to form the 3rd & 4th floors; window replacement and re-cladding of the existing building to give the exterior a lift; internally the building will be fully fitted out forming a mixture of single studios, twodios and threedios, gym, cinema, communal study area and storage facilities.

Works are due commence in March…

Archer House Completion - A Student's Life For Me



Bespoke Construction Services Ltd is thrilled to announce that their student accommodation project in Nottingham is now complete.

Works at this exclusive development has seen us transform this former office block into 177 student accommodation units. Accompanied by a single storey extension to the property, the conversion of these dwellings involved the removal of the current roof and formation of a new sixth floor. The building has been subject to a full refurbishment and fit-out, including the removal and replacement of all existing curtain walling and external cladding. Situated in the heart of Nottingham's buzzing city centre, our fit-out of the property also involved the installation of new internal partitions, forming student units that are complete with bathroom and kitchen fixtures.

With works now fully complete and the project handed over to end-client, Dunbar Leisure, this new development now houses students of both Nottingham Trent University and the University of Nottingham while they prepare for their forthcoming academic journey.

Project Completion - All Our Ducks In A St Mary's Row

Bespoke Construction Services is proud to announce the completion of works at St Mary's Row, Moseley.

This exclusive project involved the conversion of a newly created development into 22 high-end apartments. Located in the vibrant South Birmingham town of Moseley, our contract works involved the full internal fit-out of these luxurious residential dwellings across the first and second floor of this 3-storey building. Each of these 1 & 2 bedroom dwellings consist of high specification finishes throughout, three of which are signature apartments.

Completed for end-client, CDP Ltd, our conversion programme involved the installation of a new 'floating floor' system, partitions, kitchens, bathrooms and en-suites, as well as mechanical and electrical services.

Shared between St Mary's Row and Oxford Road, these properties have already drawn a large amount of interest from potential buyers. Not only due to the outstanding quality of fixtures & fittings, but also the fantastic location within one of Birmingham's most sought-after residential suburbs.

Progress Report - The St Mary's Row Goes Marching On...

The finish line is in sight at St Mary's Row, Moseley!

Shared between St Mary's Row and Oxford Road, this substantial project involves the conversion of a newly-created development into 22 high-end apartments.

Oxford Road dwellings are in the final stages of completion, with floor finishes and decorative works currently ongoing. St Mary's Row apartments are progressing well, with stud partitions now formed, kitchen and sanitaryware will be installed shortly. Elsewhere on site, works will soon begin on stainless & glass balustrade.

As you can see from these impressive site photos, works are well on course for completion on the 27th April!

Archer House - A Glimpse Into The Future...

While works continue to progress at pace at Archer House, we take a look into how this unique student accommodation project will look when fully complete.

These CGI's give a great insight into the fantastic living space that will house students of both Nottingham Trent University and the University of Nottingham before the start of their forthcoming academic journey.

With partition walls and bathroom pods already completed on 4 floors of the building, these images will soon become a reality! Elsewhere on site, steel works are on-going, as are First Fix plumbing and electrical installation. Roofing works will commence in the coming weeks, making the building water-tight.

Progress Report - St Mary's Row, Moseley

We are delighted to unveil the fantastic progress being made at St Mary's Row, Moseley.

With the internal strip out of the entire building now fully complete, new screed floors have been applied to the first & second floor of St Marys Row. Acoustic beam encasement has been completed and partition works are well underway. With the project already ahead of schedule, the laying of acoustic timber flooring has now commenced, along with first fix M&E works.

This substantial project involves the conversion of a newly created development into 22 high-end apartments. Our contract works involve the full internal fit-out of luxurious residential dwellings across the first and second floor of this 3-storey building; the ground floor being reserved for commercial purposes only. Each of these 1 & 2 bedroom dwellings will consist of high specification finishes throughout, three of which will become signature apartments.

We have another huge project progressing on the other side of the Midlands in Nottingham. This 7-figure contract involves the transformation of Archer House in to 177 student accommodation units.




Progress Report - The Ball Is Rolling At Archer House

With works under way and our contract signed and agreed, the ball is officially rolling at Archer House, Nottingham.


Working in conjunction with DLB Consultants, Maber Architects and Rodgers Leask (Structural Engineer), works have recently begun at this extensive project. The first phase, which includes full strip out of existing accommodation, is well underway. With a hoist now in place on site, setting out works will soon begin.

Project Completion - The Redwood Centre, Shrewsbury

We are delighted to announce completion of works at The Redwood Centre, Shrewsbury.

Completed for the NHS Trust, this project involved the new-build extension to an existing ward, forming two new assessment rooms. As well as the creation of the extension, Bespoke completed a programme of works to the interior and exterior of this development. Timber cladding and roof works have been carried out to match that of the existing building, while windows, doors, partitions and specialist ironmongery were installed during the interior fit-out phase.

Project Completion - Chertsey Boulevard Sequel a Smash Hit!

We are thrilled to announce that works are now fully complete at our residential project, Chertsey Boulevard.

The second phase of this exclusive residential scheme has seen the transformation of two buildings, formerly used as office accommodation, into 21 like-for-like dwellings.  All apartments comprise of a mixture of 1 & 2 bedroom occupancies and have been fitted with high-end specifications throughout, resulting in modern, slick and affordable living space.

In 2015, the successful completion of Phase 1 saw a similar programme of works where three former office buildings were transformed into 24 stunning residential apartments in a permitted development scheme. The quality and location of this excellent scheme has proved immensely popular with the Surrey public, with all 24 apartments from Phase 1 currently occupied. This second phase has proved to be another success story, with all 21 apartments now sold!

Completion of yet another Surrey based project is further proof of Bespoke's significant contribution to the county's residential community over the years. This is one of many residential contracts completed in this popular area of London, previous works include flagship projects at Richmond's former police station ,Kings Road, Richmond. , 16-17 Avenue Elmers and Langley Road.
