Bespoke are delighted to announce that works at Screwfix's new warehouse and offices are now complete.
Situated in the scenic surroundings of Trentham Lakes in Stoke-On-Trent, this comprehensive project involved the £18m expansion of Screwfix's existing warehouse facility; effectively doubling the size of the complex. Within this new 311,000 sq ft extension, Bespoke undertook a full interior fit-out of 5,562 sq ft of office accommodation. This hefty package involved partitions, drylining, joinery and the installation of suspended ceilings and kitchen facilities, as well as a sliding folding acoustic door and screeding works to four staircases.
This sizable extension will not only increase storage space and distribution efficiency, it is also set to bring a welcome employment boost to the area with a potential 300 jobs set to be created.
