Bespoke Construction Services is delighted to announce their newly awarded residential project in Chertsey, Surrey.
This substantial project will involve the conversion of 3 existing buildings formerly used as office accommodation, transforming them in to 24 apartments. The conversion of these private dwellings will be accompanied by the construction and development of 4 new build contemporary houses. This exciting new venture, awarded to us by our new customer Marchdown Residential Limited in association with their agent Gardiner & Theobold, will be completed over a 32 week period with all high end specifactions to be fitted throughout. All converted apartments will comprise of a mixture of unique 1 & 2 bedroom apartments, while all new properties will be 3 bed accommodation. In the interest of promoting sustainable forms of development, on all new build residence there will be PV (Photovoltiac) fitted, aiming to reduce carbon dioxide footprint through the use of this form of renewable energy.
This extensive contract, well in excess of £2m is a continuation of major projects awarded to us this year within the residential conversion and new build sector, particularly within the county of Surrey where we have already secured multi million pound contracts at ,Avenue Elmers and Richmond Police Station . 2015 will also see us take on new build residential schemes in the West Midlands at Cross Guns and Woodseaves. These highly anticipated projects display our growing relevance and presence in the South and the Midlands, ensuring a busy and prosperous 18 months for Bespoke.
