Project Completion - Bread & Butter At Hams Hall

We are delighted to announce the completion of works at Hams Hall Distribution Park.

Situated in the Warwickshire town of Coleshill, this 12 week project involved the internal fit-out of office accommodation within a newly constructed 142,758 warehouse and distribution centre. Our hefty works package included drylining, partitions, joinery, screeding and the installation of Armstrong suspended ceilings across 12,000 sq ft of office space.

This speculative development, entitled 'Silver Bullet', will bring further growth to this established business park already made up of key occupiers such as BMW, Sainsburys, Beko and Kuehne & Nagel.
