We are pleased to announce that a second phase of works has now begun at the attractive residential scheme, Chertsey Boulevard.
In 2015, the successful completion of Phase 1 saw three former buildings transformed into a total of 24 stunning residential apartments in a permitted development scheme. Phase 2 involves a similar transformation of a further two buildings on this site, into 21 like-for-like dwellings.
The quality and location of this excellent scheme has proved immensely popular with the Surrey public, with all 24 apartments from Phase 1 currently occupied. With an identical programme of works at this second phase, we expect these forthcoming properties to be another success story!
All converted apartments will comprise of a mixture of 1 & 2 bedroom occupancies and will be fitted with high-end specifications throughout. Once again, this project will be completed for end-user, Marchdown Residential.
With works having recently begun, the first phase will involve the strip out of all existing accommodation, ready for setting out works to begin.
This high-end refurbishment contract sees us return to Surrey; a county that has been subject to a number of significant residential projects completed by Bespoke. This includes flagship projects at Richmond's former police station ,Kings Road, Richmond. , 16-17 Avenue Elmers and Langley Road.
Keep your eyes peeled for more development news coming up this year!
