Bespoke is delighted to announce details of their newly awarded contract for end-user, Geary's Bakery.
Situated on Leicester's Optimus Point business park, this new project entails the full internal fit-out of offices within a new 60,000 sq ft warehouse. Specialising in open topped bread loaves and a selection of rolls, a huge increase in sales has prompted Geary's to expand their business with the opening of this new hub. This increase has come off the back of a recent contract with supermarket giant, Aldi, who stock these unique bakery products across all of their UK based stores. This new base will enable Geary's to make one million loaves and five million rolls a week, twice its current capacity!
The opening of this new factory will also give a welcome jobs boost to the area, with an estimated 50 new jobs set to become available.
Our scope of works involve the fit-out of ground and first floor office space, with partitions, screeding, joinery, carpentry and the installation of suspended ceilings all included in our works package.
After recently completing works for clothing firm, Boden this new project will become our third project at this booming industrial park.
