This exclusive development has seen us transform this historic building into a unique collection of luxurious 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. Although the interior is unrecognisable from when works began, the façade retention works carried out have ensured that this grand Edwardian building has retained its outer character and charm.
Recently handed over to end-client, Sunley PLC, our comprehensive programme of works at this unique residential project also involved the construction of 8 brand new dwellings. Built for Richmond housing association, all works have been completed to meet Code 4 for sustainable housing. Alongside this, Bespoke have also constructed 5000 sq ft of A1 retail floor space over two storeys.
