We are delighted to announce that fit-out works are now complete at our John Lewis project in Milton Keynes.
Bespoke have been on site since April last year completing sporadic phases of work within different areas of this 675,000 sq ft warehouse and distribution centre. Our extensive works package involved the internal fit-out of offices over three floors, which included drylining, demountable partitions, carpentry, joinery as well as the installation of both Rockfon and Armstrong suspended ceilings.
Situated within Magna Park, this building is adjacent to an existing, fully functional John Lewis distribution centre. The aim of this new development is to further support its neighbouring abode in retail distribution and delivery of products in the UK, as well as support the rapid growth of its online business.
Completion of this new development does not spell the end of our time at Magna Park, with works having recently commenced at the adjacent Waitrose distribution centre and warehouse. Click here to read more about this neighbouring project for the supermarket giants and John Lewis partners.
This is now Bespoke's second completed project for John Lewis after completing fit-out works to their new company training room within their hub in Solihull, Birmingham. Please click here to read more about this previous project.
