New Contract Award - The Southampton Will Rise Again

Bespoke is delighted to announce their return to Southampton.

Following completion of our three unit contract in December last year, we're returning to Mountpark Business Park for the creation of a further four units. Totaling an impressive 341,000 sq ft, these industrial units signal Phase 2 of works and the continued expansion of this up-and-coming business estate.

Working in conjunction with Main Contractor, Winvic Construction, our works package involves the fit-out of offices within each unit, all consisting of 2 floors of accommodation. Our scope of works include partitions, joinery, drylining and the installation of kitchen facilities and suspended ceilings.
