We are pleased to announce that that our three unit project in Southampton is now complete.
Situated on Mountpark Business Park, this extensive fit-out programme of three individual warehouses, all for three different end-users, is now fully complete. Varying in size from 57,620 sq ft to 128,000 s ft, the units will be occupied by Murray Health & Beauty, textile company, Berendsen and Cooper Vision. The opening of these new distribution centres is set to bring a huge jobs boost to the area, with 650 new jobs set to be created.
Our scope of works at all 3 units involved the fit-out of office accommodation. This included partitions, timber joinery, drylining and the installation of kitchen facilities and Armstrong suspended ceilings.
And there's more exciting times ahead on Southampton's newest business park. This being Phase one of a two phase programme, there's plenty more to come here! Works on Phase two, which include the erection and fit-out of another four units, is set to begin early 2018. Its advantageous position offers numerous logistical options.
