Our contract works involve the full internal fit-out of luxurious residential dwellings across the first and second floor of this 3-storey building; the ground floor being reserved for commercial purposes only. Each of these 1 & 2 bedroom dwellings will consist of high specification finishes throughout, three of which will become signature apartments.Our conversion programme will involve the installation of floors, partitions,kitchens, bathrooms and en-suites, as well as mechanical and electrical services.
Shared between St Mary's Row and Oxford Road, these properties will no doubt prove popular. Not only due to the outstanding quality of fixtures & fittings, but also the fantastic location within one of Birmingham's most sought-after residential suburbs.Awarded to us by new client, CDP Ltd, this fast-track 20 week contract will be completed alongside our recently announced 7-figure contract in Nottingham, involving the transformation of Archer House into 177 student accommodation units.
