Bespoke is delighted to announce details of yet another newly awarded contract.This new project begins in September at Kingsway Business Park, Rochdale and involves the extension to an existing distribution centre, occupied by JD Sports. Once completed, this new extension will create an additional 630,000 sq ft of distribution and storage space, effectively doubling its current size. Working in conjunction with Main Contractor, Winvic Construction, our works package involves the fit-out of office accommodation across three floors. This will include the installation of partitions, joinery, screeding, kitchens and suspended ceilings.
Bespoke completed fit-out works to the existing hub back in 2012 and are pleased to return to help support the continued growth of JD Sports.
This sizable extension also brings good news to the local community, with a potential 700 new jobs set to be created.
