Located on Lyons Park industrial estate, this project involved the full internal fit-out of office accommodation within a newly constructed 135,000 sq ft warehouse and distribution centre. Working alongside Main Contractor, Winvic Construction, our scope of works included partitions, joinery, screeding and the installation of kitchen facilities and suspended ceilings.
Although there is no end-user currently in place at this sizable hub, the advantageous location of this up-and-coming industrial estate will no doubt attract plenty of potential suitors.A few yards away from this recently completed project, sits Amazon's gigantic distribution centre.
