We are pleased to unveil the fantastic progress being made at our residential project at Chertsey Boulevard.
With Phase 1 of this two phase contract now coming to a close, we are racing ahead of our works schedule. This exciting first phase has involved the transformation of previously unoccupied office space, into 15 high-end residential apartments. Newly formed partitions, electrics, ceilings, walls and floors, as well as newly installed kitchen facilities, have helped breath new life in to these newly created dwellings. As you can see from these impressive progress photos, the level of transformation since works began at the turn of the year, is dramatic.
Phase 2 has recently commenced, with demolition and strip out works currently underway in preparation for the creation of a further 6 apartments.Following on from the successful completion of our previous project at this attractive scheme in 2015, this second phase involves a like-for-like scope of works which includes the transformation of 2 former office buildings into 21 high quality residential apartments.
