Bespoke is delighted to announce completion of works in Daventry, Northamptonshire.
Situated on DIRFT (Daventry International Rail Freight Terminal) Prologis Park, this exciting project involved the full internal fit-out of warehouse and office accommodation in two individual units covering 404,000 & 115,000 sq ft, respectively. Working alongside Main Contractor, Winvic Construction, our scope of works at these two sizable developments included partitions, drylining, joinery and the installation of suspended ceilings and kitchen facilities.
These two new units are part of a ambitious masterplan that will effectively double the size of the existing estate. Those plans include a new rail freight terminal situated in the centre of the park, further increasing capacity and efficiency of transportation of goods.
Since opening in 1997, the enormous park has been constantly expanding and continues to be a vital cog in the rail freight industry in the UK. The estate already has occupants such as Eddie Stobart, DHL, Tesco and Sainburys; companies who have embraced a rail system to transport their goods across the country.
