Following on from the successful completion of the new Screwfix warehouse in July, works begin at this nearby distribution centre on the 3rd of November. Covering an impressive 214,000 sq ft, this new hub will be used for storage and distribution purposes.Working alongside Main Contractor, Winvic Construction, our scope of works will involve the internal fit-out of office & hub office areas. Our works package includes partitions, joinery, screeding and the installation of Armstrong suspended ceilings and kitchen facilities.
Although there is no end-user currently at place at this new development, the first class location of this well established industrial park is bound to draw in plenty of suitors due to its close proximity to major UK motorways.
