We are pleased to announce details of our newly awarded project in Wellingborough, Northampton.This new contract will involve the full internal fit-out of Main office and Hub office space with a newly built warehouse and distribution centre, entitled "Appleby Lodge". To be completed for end-user, Prologis, our works package here will include partitions, screeding, joinery and the installation of Armstrong suspended ceilings and kitchen facilities.
Based on Prologis Park, the location of this new facility is situated in the heart of the UK with unbeatable access to a number of major motorways.
Working in conjunction with Main Contractor, Winvic Construction, works at Appleby Lodge will commence on September 18.
