Bespoke Construction is thrilled to announce it's newly awarded project in Telford, for end client, the NHS Trust.
This now becomes our second live project for the National Health Service, with works having recently commenced at Haywood Lodge of St Georges Hospital in Stafford.
To be completed over a 14 week period, this extensive refurb of Hall Court will involve the complete internal strip out and re-fit of 17,000 sq ft of office accommodation. Taking place across three floors, our works package includes floor, wall and ceiling finishes, new M&E installations throughout the building, as well as the refurbishment of all core toilet areas. Once completed, the ground floor will house NHS consulting suites, while the first and second floor will be used for administration and training purposes.This isn't our first time at Telford's Hall Court. Previously, Bespoke completed a full office fit-out for Estate Agent, Savills.
