Works are now under way at our Winterbourne Manor project.
Situated in the beautiful countryside surroundings of Royal Berkshire, this unique project entails the conversion of a grade 2 listed barn and outbuildings, into four luxurious residential dwellings. 
Roofing works are well under way, with the strip out of roof tiles currently being carried out alongside the repair of the existing timber roof. Other early phases of work include drainage to the property, with soakaways now installed dispersing any build up of rain water. The following weeks will see us undertake vital masonry repairs, the laying of floor slabs and the installation of service ducts. 
The early signs of progress at this soon-to-be-transformed barn are extremely positive, with the end result guaranteed to be something truly special.
