Bespoke Construction Services are delighted to announce their newly awarded project for end-user and consumer delivery specialists, Hermes.Situated on Rugby's Gateway Industrial, this new 270,000 sq ft 'Super-Hub' will be the largest single investment ever made by Hermes. Works at this state-of-the-art hub will begin in May and involve the full internal fit-out of office accommodation. Once completed, this £31 million development will be capable of processing up to 1.1 million parcels every day, increasing the company's parcel processing capacity by 45%.
Our works package involves partitions, drylining, carpentry, joinery and the installation of Armstrong suspended ceilings and kitchen facilities.
Bespoke never stray too far from the Warwickshire town of Rugby. Over the past few years, we have completed two projects at this booming industrial park. 2014 saw us complete works for fashion giant, H&M. While last year saw us wrap up works at a neighbouring distribution centre.
