Bespoke is delighted to announce completion of works in Leicester.This exciting project involved the full interior fit-out of office and hub areas within two individual warehouses. Our works package included the installation of Armstrong suspended ceilings and kitchen facilities, as well as partitions, drylining and carpentry.
These two units, together totalling 480,000 sq ft, are the first of many on this new 74 acre business park, entitled 'Optimus Point'. The park will soon include a full palette of warehousing, offices, industrial units and shops, all to be completed within five years. With 2000 jobs set to be created by completion and 250 new homes being built adjacent to the park, this looks set to be become one of the most exciting new commercial, industrial and residential areas in the UK.
