With this high-end residential project now 4 weeks away from completion, we will now see the development really come to life during the final exciting phase of our works programme.Internal decorations and final finishes have recently commenced, including the installation of kitchen facilities and the laying of laminate flooring and ceramic tiles. External works are also taking shape- the coming days will see a new car park formed at the rear of each development.
This unique residential project entails the transformation of previously dilapidated bed-sits, into 18 apartments. All refurbished dwellings will consist of a mixture of 1 & 2 bedroom accommodation, complete with lavish, high-end finishes throughout.Even though we're not yet done, 70% of the apartments at 17 Avenue Elmers have already been snapped up, so be sure to act quick if any properties are of interest to you.
