We are delighted to announce completion of works at Amazon's new warehouse & offices in Dunstable.This project involved the remodelling and extension of warehouse and office space that Bespoke Construction completed last year at Prologis Park in Dunstable. Initially built with no specific end-user on hand, the recent acquisition of the property by internet giant, Amazon, has prompted this brilliant venture.
As well as the full internal fit-out of new areas, and the reconfiguring of old ones, our substantial works package also included the building of fire walls to new external staircases. Now fully completed, the installation of 2 levels of mezzanine floor has increased the 310,000 ft of warehouse space to over 800,000 sq ft. Bespoke have built toilet blocks, offices and created canteen space to provide adequate facilities for the staff in this, Amazon's newest distribution centre.
