We are delighted to announce our newly awarded project in Thrapston for end-user, Primark.Situated on Islip industrial estate, this monster venture has recently commenced and involves the internal fit-out of office accommodation within a 1.06m sq ft warehouse. Our extensive works package includes partitions, drylining, joinery, screeding and the installation of Armstrong suspended ceilings.
Due to the shape (and sheer size) of the development, it has adopted the codename, 'Project Thunderbird' and is one of the UK's largest ever pre-let developments. Using the perfect location to their advantage, Primark will use this new distribution centre to help meet the continued demand for their popular products.
