This new venture involves the interior fit-out of office space within two individual warehouse and hub units. Bespoke have good memories of Grange Park after works were completed for Prologis in March of this year. This new project will see a similar end result, with partitions, joinery, drylining, screeding and the installation of Armstrong suspended ceilings all included in our works package.
Covering 465,000 sq ft, these 2 units will be used for storage and distribution purposes. Once completed, this new development is estimated to bring up to 450 new jobs to the area.
Works commence October 2015.
