Bespoke is delighted to unveil details of their newly awarded contract in Leicester.Works have recently commenced at this comprehensive development involving the interior fit-out of office and hub areas within two individual warehouses. These two units, together totalling 480,000 sq ft, will be the first of many on this new 74 acre business park, entitled 'Optimus Point'. The park will soon include a full palette of warehousing, offices, industrial units and shops and will be completed within five years. With 2000 jobs set to be created by completion and 250 new homes being built adjacent to the park, this looks set to become one of the most exciting new commercial, industrial and residential areas in the UK.
