We are delighted to announce that works will begin at the end of September at our newly awarded project in Tilbury.
This 12 week project, situated at Berth 45 on Tilbury Docks, will involve the interior fit-out of office units within a newly developed warehouse. Our scope of works includes partitions, joinery, bulkheads, MF ceilings and suspended ceilings.
Once completed, the building will serve as a cold storage unit. On the doorstep of one of the UK's major road links (The M25) as well as sitting on a waterway to Europe and beyond, the advantageous position of this speculative development will no doubt see business boom.
