Drum roll please...we can now officially announce that the coveted title for Employee of the Year 2014 ended in a tie between Company Secretary, Natalie Bennett and Administrator, Hayley Foster.With voting as close as ever and with nothing to choose between the two, both went home with the prestigious tankard!!!
