Bespoke is delighted to announce its newly awarded project in Hinckley, Leicestershire.Works are underway at this 165,000 sq ft distribution centre, as part of 'phase 2' for development operations at Hinckley Commercial Park. Bespoke are already well acquainted to the area, having recently completed a project at the new state of the art hub for GeoPost. Situated immediately adjacent to the A5 in a highly prominent position known as the 'Golden Triangle', this is now one of the Midlands premier industrial and logistics parks within the UK.
Our overall works schedule will involve the construction of a single storey warehouse unit together with the interior fit-out of office accommodation, which includes carpentry, screeding, partitions, joinery and the installation of Armstrong suspended ceilings.
Works are due to be completed in January 2015.
