We are proud to announce fit-out works at Waitrose Coulsdon are now complete.
This new purpose built depot is situated within Coulsdon's Ullswater Trading Estate and will be used for distribution purposes by supermarket titans, Waitrose. The multi million pound development will help double the stores capacity to deliver groceries to online shoppers, meaning they can despatch twice as many orders per week than their already existing 'dark store' in Acton.
Bespoke's work package involved the internal fit-out of office areas within the 80,000 sq ft depot. This included demountable partitions, joinery, carpentry as well as the installation of both Armstrong suspended ceilings and kitchen facilities.This is now our second project for Waitrose after completing works in 2013 at their Chorley offices.
