A Quality Fit-Out For A Prestigious Retailer

Bespoke is delighted to announce its latest awarded project in Solihull for end-user, John Lewis.

The Department store giants will use this new 50,000 sq ft development as their new customer delivery hub ensuring growth and increased distribution within the West Midlands region. The site is situated within Solihull Business Park, conveniently located at the heart of the national transport network just a few miles away from the M42 and Birmingham Airport and railway stations.

Partitions, plastering, carpentry, screeding and staircase works are all included in our package involving the interior fit-out of the company training room. Works will be completed over a period of 5 weeks and will also include the installation of suspended ceilings and kitchen facilities.

Works commence September 2014.
