Bespoke started works on 3rd December at the Shree Hindu Community Centre, Birmingham. Works include external shoring to limit movement during construction of this Grade 2 Listed building. We’ll then undertake a strip out operation, paying careful attention to stored religious ornaments and statues.
Internally we’re installing a new steel frame to support the new first floor, which along with the ground floor will incorporate under floor heating. Existing staircases will be reconfigured before completing works with an internal fit out, including partitions, ceilings, joinery, mechanical & electrical installations.
Works are due to be completed on 17th March 2013.
